Service Description
A London Metox Session is a soulful city pause and space to hear yourself again. A personal coaching session for us to gently explore where you are in life, what’s stirring beneath the surface, and what’s calling you forward. Whether you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply ready to listen more deeply to your inner voice, in this session I offer a calm, confidential, and intuitive container where you can breathe, speak freely, and reconnect with your sense of direction. Through soulful conversation and grounded insight, we’ll explore: • What you’re currently experiencing – internally & externally • Any resistance /uncertainty that may be holding you back • What’s ready to shift, be seen, or simply acknowledged You’ll leave with a sense of calm and a small, meaningful next step to carry with you – whether that’s an insight, a shift in perspective, or a gentle practice to guide you forward. Bring an open heart and a willingness to meet yourself exactly as you are. We will meet at a central London destination of your choice.
Cancellation Policy
Metox Sessions Package - In Person (Gozo) Booking Your Space Once you purchase your Metox package, you’ll receive a few gentle prompts to help us arrange when and where your sessions will take place. Your sessions will be held over 1-2 weeks maximum. 3 sessions in one week is advisable. We’ll work together to find dates and times that feel good. From booking, sessions will be arranged within 3 months. Your Exchange Energy is sacred—and so is your investment in yourself. Full payment is kindly requested upfront to confirm your space. Once we begin, your sessions are non-refundable—but I trust that if life shifts, we can navigate things together. If You Need to Reschedule Life moves. I honour that. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 3 weeks in advance so I can make space for someone else. No-shows are not refundable. Timeframe Your Metox package is valid for 6 months from the date of booking. If something significant arises and you need more time, just reach out—we’ll work it out. Between Sessions For package clients, you can send thoughts, questions, or little updates—and I’ll respond within 24 hours (sometimes sooner, always with care). Your Confidential Space Everything you share is held in confidence. This is your space to breathe, speak freely, and be met exactly where you are—with presence, not pressure.
